With over 8 years of experience in speech and language therapy, Omer is the founder and chairman of CARES Point Bangladesh, where he leads a team providing innovative & best speech and language services. He also serves as the co-founder and vice chairman of Incredible Private Limited, contributing his expertise to the company's growth.

Omer holds honors and a master's degree in speech and language therapy, with specialized training in Singapore and various international programs. His training includes oral placement therapy, PROMPT, PECS, feeding therapy, and play therapy. Omer’s compassionate, research-driven approach ensures personalized, effective therapy tailored to each client's needs.

Lukhy Akter

Lukhy Akter is the Managing Director and Co-founder of CARES Bangladesh, a center committed to supporting children with special needs and developmental challenges. With over 8 years of hands-on experience as a speech and language therapist, she has built a reputation for her empathetic care and effective therapeutic methods. Lukhy is certified in Oral Placement Therapy through specialized training in India.

Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping CARES Bangladesh into a trusted name in therapy services. As a certified professional, she is also proudly associated with Incredible, where she continues her mission of promoting inclusive, high-quality care for children and families across the country.
